How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Immigrationbillion Heating & Air to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What you can raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Immigrationbillion Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the problem is with a provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. Had trouble with work in your home? Start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Immigrationbillion Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to send a complaint

Email contact@immigrationbillion.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want from us

What happens next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Not happy with the answer?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
